On August 29, 2015，LONGSUN GROUP organized “Elite eloquence training camp” series training lectures. Chunhui Xu, a gold lecturer, was invited as the speaker teacher. About 50 senior management personnel participated in this training camp.

At the beginning, Xu said: Personal qualities of middle managers are key factors for a company to success. And the eloquence determine whether they can stand out among many enterprises.

Every dialogue in life can be an opportunity and should be treated as a speech on stage. We should master the speaking skills, that is, have the eloquence. Eloquence has a distinguish between individuals and groups. Make full use of individuals and groups’ eloquence will make things a multiplier.

 After explaining theoretical knowledge, Xu arranged trainees perform live shows in class and organize speech spontaneously. By single speech and team speech, trainees deeply realized the importance of eloquence. They cooperated actively. They rushed to the podium, some based on their own history, some choose celebrities as materials, some choose teamwork for a case, some choose company culture as the background. The classroom atmosphere is very active at that time.
